Breast adenocarcinoma
Isolated from pleural effusions of a breast cancer patient. Cells exhibit some features of differentiated mammary epithelium including estradiol synthesis and formation of domes. Cells express both the wild type and variant estrogen receptors as well as progesterone receptor.
