These cells show a mixed morphology of rounded cells and epithelial cells. This cell line produces moderate to large, viable, loose, grape-like clusters that either loosely adhere to the flask or remain in suspension.
Caucasian, female, 46 years of age, the patient was a smoker at 30 pack year.
AddexBio-formulated RPMI-1640 Medium (C0004-01) + 10% FBS
Subculture sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) at 1:3 to 1:4 ratio, using 0.25% (w/v) Trypsin- 0.53 mM EDTA solution. Culture at 5% CO2, 37°C.
Complete growth culture medium supplemented with 7.5% (v/v) DMSO I
