Subcultivation ratio of 4X10^3 cells/cm2 is recommended. Trypsinize cells using 0.25% (w/v) Trypsin-0.53 mM EDTA. Culture at 5% CO2, 37°C. Renew medium once every 2 to 3 days. Reagents for cryopreservation is complete growth medium supplemented with 10% (v/v) FBS and 10% (v/v) DMSO.
