Cultures can be maintained by the addition of fresh medium or replacement of medium. Maintain at 0.5-1.5 x 10^6 cells/ml; split 1:2 to 1:3 every 2-3 days; subculture cells at 1 x 10^6 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C
Complete culture medium supplemented with 5% (v/v) DMSO II [ Cells Contain Herpesvirus (EBV) and Squirrel monkey retrovirus (SMRV)]
