MDAH-2774 cell line was developed from cells in the ascitic fluid from a patient with endometrioid ovarian cancer and forms tumors in nude mice

12, 16, X, and a single copy or monosomy of number 17 and number 21. Chromosome 5
was triploid in 6 out of 7 cells while the remaining

variation in the number of copies with a general
trend toward triploidy.
